Home And Away star James Stewart has never been shy about celebrating his daughter Scout’s life milestones with his fans.
And as the apple of his eye turned seven, the actor marked the occasion with an adorable social media post.
Taking to Instagram, the Packed To The Rafters star uploaded a cute selfie of himself and Scout, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Jessica Marais.
Alongside it he wrote: “Happy 7th Birthday my darling girl.”
The sweet moment struck a chord with his followers, with many wishing Scout a happy birthday in the comments.
Among the well-wishers was James’ Home and Away co-star Lynne McGranger who plays Irene on the long-running Channel Seven soap.

Despite splitting with Scout’s mother Jessica in 2015, James and the Love Child actress have recently kept things amicable between them.
Last year, Scout celebrated her 6th birthday with a Michael Jackson-themed party and both James and Jess’ new partners attended.
Sharing a photo of the celebrations to his Instagram, James happily posed alongside Scout his fiancée Sarah Roberts, with Jess and her boyfriend Jake Holly joining them.
Captioning the shot, James wrote: “Scout’s ‘Michael Jackson’ party for her 6th birthday! Thanks to all the little smooth criminals for coming!”

It’s been an eventful few months for James, who popped the question to his Home And Away co-star Sarah in November last year.
The actor has admitted that Scout had been wanting her dad to propose to Sarah for a while before he bought the ring, thanks to her love of prince and princess movies.
