Channel Nine stars Sylvia Jeffreys and Peter Stefanovic wed in early April 2017 and it seems fans have been on baby watch ever since.
Fanning the flames of bump speculation, Sylvia posted an adorable throwback picture on Instagram to the couple’s big day with a very cryptic caption.
The caption reads:
“Saying “I do” to this wonderful, hilarious, handsome man was my undisputed favourite moment of 2017….and life, so far. But standing at the altar, watching our friends and family sing along to our nominated hymn ( Wonderwall by N. Gallagher ) ran a very close second.”
“The most brilliant part: knowing the best is yet to come with Pete at my side. Signing off for the year as I set my @thetodayshow alarm for tomorrow morning. The beginning of an exciting year!”
“Sending big love and best wishes to all for a happy, healthy and peaceful 2018. Because maybeeeeeee……”
That sign off says it all, and many of the comments on the post point out that maybe rhymes with… yep, baby!
Sylvia, 31, recently told The Australian Women’s Weekly that she and Peter, 36, are keen to star their family and intend to raise their children in the same spirit with which they were raised – with lots of sun, sea and surf.
‘We’d love a house full of kids.”
“Our hope is that down the track, we could have a house on the Gold Coast so that our kids can have the same experiences with their cousins that we both had as kids with our cousins,” she told The Weekly in December.
So a baby for the happy couple isn’t completely out of the question.
Guess we’ll just have to wait and see where this maybe leads the couple in 2018.
