The Project host Carrie Bickmore and radio star Fifi Box have been close friends for years, the two journalists rising up through the media ranks together.
Now that they’re both mothers, the pair have been able to watch their own daughters also form strong bonds with one another.
Carrie’s daughters Edie and Addie, along with Fifi’s girls Trixie Belle and Daisy Belle, have reunited for a sweet play date together, after being kept apart due to social distancing rules.
Both mums shared several adorable photos on social media of their girls playing together – and they’re super cute snaps!
“These two are always up to something.. @fifi_box 💕,” Carrie wrote on Instagram, while Fifi said, “Just two friends making Unicorn soup 🦄 The smiles say it all 💕 @bickmorecarrie.”
When Daisy Belle was first born last year, Carrie and Fifi had another play date with their girls together.
At the time, they also shared some sweet photos from their catch-up on social media.
Carrie and Fifi both work on The Project together, with Carrie serving as full-time host alongside colleagues Waleed Aly, Peter Helliar and Lisa Wilkinson, while Fifi is a regular guest host.
The duo both have their own radio shows too, with Carrie hosting alongside comedian Tommy Little on the Carrie and Tommy Show for the Hit Network and Fifi starring in the Fifi, Bev and Byron breakfast show on Fox FM.
