Bec Hewitt has often spoken of her youngest daughter’s desire to follow in her footsteps and pursue a career in the spotlight.
And now, nine-year-old Ava Hewitt has made her dazzling TV debut.

Over the weekend, Bec and Lleyton Hewitt’s daughter took to her Instagram account to share a clip from a national advertising campaign for Target.
“Had the best time filming this TVC for @targetausHow gorgeous is the Kelpie?!” Ava explained.
In the ad, Ava can be seen wearing the brand’s latest Wintersense range, rugged up for the cold months ahead in a fluffy pink beanie, fur vest and a grey knitted dress as she plays with a Kelpie.
Fans were quick to congratulate the youngest Hewitt on her latest TV gig.
“It’s beautiful… you look amazing,” one fan wrote.
“Wow you look gorgeous Ava super fantastic job your such a natural,” another added.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Hewitt kids’ show business side.
In 2016, Bec took daughters Ava and Mia, 14, to a children’s model casting and clothing fitting for the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and later that year, Bec and Ava dazzled as the Christmas ambassadors for Barbie.
Plus, all three Hewitt children joined forces to star in the Wonder Smooth Wholegrain bread commercial.
However this marks the first time Ava has ventured out on her own!
The talented gymnast is already garnering a huge following on her Instagram page, where she shares fun behind-the-scenes clips from her life, boasting a whopping seven thousand followers.
Ava’s mum Bec was just five years old when she began acting for television commercials, before landing her breakout role as Hayley Smith on Home And Away when she was 15.
We can’t wait to see what Ava does next, who knows – maybe it won’t be too long before she makes her Summer Bay debut.
