Irish woman Ashy Murphy shared a video on her Facebook pager of an experience that can only be described as really, really freaky.

The minute-long clip shows the kitchen in the home with the light fixture swaying by itself – which is unusual but only about a 4.5 out of 10 on the creepy scale.

Then things start to pick up a little with objects around the kitchen seemingly moving by themselves.

At one point, a frying pan makes a startling crashing noise as it falls, and although we’ve now reached at least a 9.8 on the scale, it gets way worse.

By now we’d be half way down the street running for our lives in a nighty and slippers, but Ashy chooses to stick around with her camera, and what happened next will leave you frozen.

A cupboard door flies open on its own and as the concerned resident goes to inspect it, a bucket is flung all the way across room towards the camera.

The clip stops there and we can only imagine it’s because Ashy needed to go and huddle in a corner and cry.

In less than a week the chilling video has been viewed over 13 million times.

There are some skeptics claiming the video is a fake and not the result of ghosts and ghouls but rather some impressive special effect.

However we’ve seen enough Paranormal Activity to know not to question these things – pack your things Ashy and get outta there!
