Left-handed people might only make up 10% of the population but there are a bevy of fabulous well-known names that lead with their left.
Some of your favourite stars use their left hand to write, sign autographs, wave and hold the mic. Despite turning to the left, they actually use the right side of their brain – making for a more creative individual.
From royals like Prince William and even Prince George to glamazonian Hollywood stars like Angelina Jolie and Goldie Hawn – they are all proud lefties.
In honour of International Left-Handers Day on August 13, we take a walk down the left lane and raise a toast to the coolest southpaws out.

There must be something in the royal waters because cheeky Prince George is also a leftie! And his dad couldn’t be happier with one well-wisher repeating that Wills said: “He said that he wanted George to be left-handed too as all the cleverest people are. Then he laughed and said he’ll have to teach him, to make sure he does well in his exams.”
