The list has triggered widespread debate, not to mention sabotage and skulduggery involving those in the running and those who missed the cut.

More than 4000 readers and radio listeners have now cast their vote in what is shaping as a battle between the Bold and the Beautiful. With the winner still undecided, Aussies are encouraged to cast their final votes and have their say via the Take5 Facebook page here

“We’ve had finalists pranking each other on-air, we’ve had people assuming fake identities to complain about being left off the list, and we’ve had plenty of non-finalists sending photos involving various stages of undress – not to mention a spot of half-naked ironing,” notes Take 5 Deputy Editor Kate Kirsten.

“As far as the voters are concerned, there are certainly a lot of different attributes to make someone hunk-worthy. Our nationwide hunt is now leaning towards the more populous states, but there are also a couple of regional bolters still in the mix too!”
