A Sydney woman is six months pregnant and still using Tinder to try and find love

Caitlin admits to hiding her bump in pictures but says “I still want to have a life.”

People get Tinder for a variety of reasons but many download the dating app with the simple intention of finding a partner.

Caitlin, from Sydney, is an active user on the app for this very reason, but she’s also six months pregnant.

During a radio interview on Mike E and Emma on The Edge 96.1, Caitlin admits she hasn’t had much support from friends:

“My friends have been a little judgey — basically I’m six months pregnant,’ she told hosts Mike E and Emma.

She recently split with the father of her unborn baby and says just because she is pregnant; it doesn’t mean she can’t look for a boyfriend.

However, she’s not exactly been forthright with the men she’s speaking to.

“I don’t necessarily tell the guys I’m talking to that I’m pregnant, I certainly don’t keep it from them, I mean, when we meet up they obviously see that I’m pregnant,” she admitted.

“It is definitely a shock to people I guess.”

Her call received lots of backlash from the show’s listeners, with many saying it was unfair of her not to disclose she’s pregnant to the men she was speaking to.

Host Emma agreed, adding “if she is looking for love, which it sounds like she is, then it’s not really going to happen for her”.

Others questioned whether she was even thinking about the baby.

What do you think – Should Caitlin be judged for looking for love on the app because she’s six months pregnant?
