Schapelle Corby has been spotted lounging by the pool, drinking, eating and soaking up the sun by the beach in Bali despite calls for her to get a job.
To an outsider, Schapelle, 37, would seem like any other Aussie holiday-maker enjoying a lazy afternoon by the beach in Kuta. In reality though, she has just marked six months since walking free from Bali’s infamous Kerobokan jail.

“She looked great,” reports one holidaymaker, who photographed the convicted drug smuggler as she lived it up on a five-hour drinking binge with an unnamed friend at the swish Segara Asian Grill restaurant and bar at Kuta.

“She was there by herself for a few hours before a friend joined her and they seemed to be having a great time,” a fellow diner says.
“They were in the pool laughing and chatting, drinking, smoking.”

The photos came only one day after Schapelle’s obligatory visit to the parole office where she told officials that she had been spending her time reading books and visiting the beach rather than working as she adjusts to life outside prison.

It is also only a few weeks after she was pictured publicly with sacked footballer Todd Carney in an Instagram post that was widely circulated. The image showed her and sister Mercedes with the disgraced former Cronulla Sharks player at a local bar as he holidayed in Bali after his sacking.
