A Queensland man was arrested after he sent an ultrasound of his unborn baby to an undercover FBI agent posing as a paedophile.
Ashley David Hill – who fronted Brisbane District Court on Thursday – was later found with more than 6000 child pornography files in his possession, Brisbane Times reports.
The one-time chef pleaded guilty to five charges including using a carriage service to access child pornography material.
He was arrested in January 2015 after coming to the attention of an undercover FBI agent in the US who was posing as a paedophile after sending an ultrasound of his unborn child online.
Judge David Reid said the case was one of the worst cases of child exploitation material he had ever encountered.
