The world’s number one ranked tennis player and his pregnant fiance tied the knot in a private civil ceremony at the luxurious seaside Adriatic resort of Sveti Stefan, Montenegro on July 10, E Online reported.
Woman’s Day understands this is the first of two ceremonies the couple have planned. It’s been said the duo will say ‘I do’ once again in a church ceremony over the weekend.
Their guest list reportedly included close family and friends as well as tennis stars Andy Murray and Maria Sharapova.
The loved-up duo, who are known as “Will and Kate of Serbia, requested all gifts and monies be given to the Novak Djokovic foundation.
Novak, 27, proposed to Jelena, 28, in September last year after eight years together.
After winning his seventh major and second Wimbledon on Sunday, Novak said his ‘future wife’ and their unborn baby, who is due in October, ‘inspired and motivated’ him to victory.
