In a story that will make you sick to your stomach, Dr. Phil has interviewed a courageous young woman called Amanda who was repeatedly sexually abused by her own parents when she was a child.
Her mother, Justine, filmed the sexual abuse when Amanda was 13-year-old. The depraved couple, known only as Justine and Jim, were convicted and sentenced for 20 years in 1996 after pleading guilty to the sickening abuse.
Now Justine and Amanda have come face-to-face for the first time as she’s now been released from prison.
Amanda revealed how the sexual abuse completely and understandably wrecked her life. “My innocence was stolen from me,” Amanda says.
Amanda says during the show: “My parents forced me to have sex with them. Justine would show me how good sex would feel by having sex in front of me with my father. Afterwards, it was a normal night, dessert, brush my teeth and bedtime. It’s been 20 years since that nightmare ended, but it’s still hard to grasp the idea that they are out of prison.”
It really is harrowing.
She reveals how she was plied with alcohol and given rewards for submitting to their demands.
And what does her depraved mother have to say for herself? A tearful Justine breaks down, saying that she’d “made poor choices” and “I hate myself”.
Dr. Phil will also speak to the ‘mastermind’ behind the sexual abuse, her father. Her mother claims he found out how much money can be made from child pornography. Jim calls his wife a liar.
