Stefania Dubrovina (above left), a 17-year-old model from Russia, was stabbed 140 times in a brutal attack, allegedly at the hands of her jealous older sister, Elizaveta (above right).
In the crazed attack, she was hacked to death, had her eyes gouged out and had her ears cut off.
19-year-old Elizaveta, who was allegedly high on drugs at the time, is in police custody on suspicion of ordering and mutilating her younger sister.
A police source said the two girls – both orphans – had been “partying” with an older man when he left the flat to buy more alcohol, Mirror reports.
As soon as he left, the elder sister allegedly carried out the attack with a knife.
Ekaterina Dubrovina, the girls’ aunt, called Stefania’s death a “shocking tragedy,” adding, “My blood turns to ice.”
