A Queensland man has shared video footage taken from his neighbour’s house which shows a giant huntsman spider trying to make off with a dead mouse in its fury grasp.
Facebooker user Jason Womal posted the video on Sunday morning and explained that he was just about to leave for his midnight shift at work when his neighbour asked him if he wanted to “see something cool”. Jason obliged and what followed was this big-ass spider whose eight eyes are bigger than its belly.
One awestruck witness can be heard in the video saying what we are all thinking, and that is, “What’s he gonna do with ’em?”
So far the video has been viewed more than 6.4 million times but the figures of how much the footage is affecting Australia’s tourism numbers are so far unknown.
