A Canberra father has been charged with murdering his eight-year-old son and assaulting his ten-year-old daughter.
Graham Stuart Dilllon, 37, of Jacka in Canberra’s north, is accused of murdering Bradyn Dillon.
As well as one count of murder, he was also charge with three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm against his daughter.
The boy was taken to hospital after police and ambulance officers attended a home about 8pm, 9News reports.
“Police and ACT Ambulance Service officers attended a residence last night and a male child was transported to hospital where he later died”, a police statement said.
A number of tributes have been left outside the home.
“Rest in peace little man, no one can hurt you now,” was written on the wrapping paper of a single which rose that was left outside the home.
