So itโ€™s no surprise that the mum-of-one continues to breaks boundaries with her post-baby body photo.

The 25-year-old shared a photo on Instagram of her post baby body standing on the rocks by the ocean โ€“ a place that holds particular significance to her โ€“ before penning some seriously emotive words about having a realistic body image.

โ€œI find it silly for us as women to worry about our body as we grow a human being inside of us,โ€ the new mum shared, before adding: โ€œIt is such an amazing feat to go through pregnancy. And then you have this wonderful lil being that is part you and part of your significant other.โ€

Instead of bragging about her incredible body just two months after giving birth to her son Tobias, Bethany opted to inspire mumโ€™s to feel good about how they look.

โ€œItโ€™s natural and HEALTHY to gain weight. Here I am two months after giving birth to Tobias. I feel great and healthy,โ€ she explained.

The incredible young mum continued: โ€œIt takes 9 months for our bodies to change and grow. So I can say itโ€™s alright to take your time, maybe about 9 months, to get back to the new, healthy, beautiful, and normal you.โ€

Bethanyโ€™s pregnancy-glow game was strong!

Bethany is no stranger to being inspiring, she came close to death in a 2003 after a 14-foot tiger shark took her arm during a surfing session at Tunnels Beach in Kauai, Hawaii.

The Hawaiian-born beauty and her husband, Adam Dirks, welcomed their first child on June 1st where she again took to social media to reveal the news writing, โ€œAdam and I so in love with our lil guy and are stoked to share life with him!โ€
