#WeFlyAsOne: Tributes pour in for AFL coach, Phil Walsh

As news of Phil Walsh's tragic death breaks around Australia, football fans from every team have showed their support.

It was tragic news to wake up to.

Beloved coach and mentor, Phil Walsh, of the Adelaide Crows, was killed today, and his 26-year-old son, Cy Walsh, has been arrested and charged with his murder. His wife, Meredith, remains in a critical condition.

It was a shock to AFL fans, who had been busily preparing for their Sunday game against the Geelong Cats. But despite their shock and sadness, AFL fans, from all different clubs, have banded together to support one another in this trying time.

Under the hashtags #WeFlyAsOne and #ScarvesOutForWalshy, fans have taken to Instagram and Facebook to post their tributes, which include hanging their scarves, jumpers and footies out in respect.

Rest in Peace, Walshy.
