The identical twin brother of the man who killed NSW school teacher Stephanie Scott is expected to walk free from prison today, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Marcus Stanford, who pleaded guilty to disposing of evidence linking his brother, Vincent Stanford to the murder was sentenced to 15 months behind bars on August 23.
However Mr Stanford has been in custody since his arrest in June 2015 so he is set to be released based on time already served.
Vincent Stanford attacked Ms Scott at Leeton High School on Easter Sunday 2015, just days before her wedding to her childhood sweetheart, Aaron Leeson-Woolley.
Vincent Stanford will be sentenced in October.
