The house where missing toddler William Tyrrell was last seen more than a year ago has been placed on the market.

It is the second time the Kendall property has been placed for sale.

Sydney Morning Herald reports that agents have a legal obligation in NSW to declare any “material facts” that might influence the buyer’s decision or market value of a property.

It is understood that there has been no issue with the real estate agency addressing the home’s history.

Three-year-old William went missing on September 12, 2014 when he was playing in the backyard of the home which belonged to his grandmother.
