A school yard dare has gone seriously wrong for a 13-year-old Baltimore boy.
The teenager was allegedly dared to kiss a fellow pupil, however the 14-year-old recipient did not welcome the advance and now the boy faces a criminal record.
Even though no one was harmed in the incident police have confirmed that the youth has been charged with second degree assault reported the Daily Mirror. This charge carries a permanent record even though the teen is a minor.
The report also claims that the boy may face suspension or expulsion from school for the unwanted kiss, although there has been no official comment from Pikesville Middle School.
