A man has been charged after his infant stepson died after being bathed in water that was too hot.

A man has been charged after his infant stepson died after being bathed in water that was mush too hot for a baby, reports ABC News in America.

Gregory Miles, 30, allegedly gave his 18-month-old stepson Noah Rudder a bath at their Astor Avenue home in Chicago on Thursday just before the boy was rushed to hospital, said Illinois officials.

The child was pronounced dead when he presented to to Saint Margaret’s Hospital in Hammond.

Less than a week after baby Noah’s death Miles has been charged with first-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment and is being held on $1 million bail.
