In a nail-biting finish the South Australian mums scored an impressive nine from all six judges for a combined score of 54 to defeat the series ‘villains’, Chloe James and Kelly Ramsay by only two points.
“Our families are going to be so proud,” Bree said when the final scores were announced.
“Our whole world has opened up for us now and were so happy to start a new stage of our lives.”
The armature restaurateurs won $250,000 in prize money after serving up five traditional meals with a modern twist.

Chloe and Kelly’s ultimate undoing came with their dessert of rose chocolate with spiced figs and pistachio ice cream. Their decision to add a sugar shard was criticised by the judges.
Bree and Jessica on the other hand plated up a winner with their deconstructed chocolate and rhubarb tart.
Celebrity chef, Guy Grossi had nothing but praise for the winners.
“All the flavours are sensational — it took me to a little English garden,” Grossi said.
Though there were whispers that some fans of the show had called for a boycott of the finale when Chloe and Kelly bumped Queensland dads Paul Bullpitt and Blair Tonkin for a place in the finale the runners up were gracious in their defeat.
“We were happy that we were against the best in the grand final and you proved that tonight,” Chloe said.
