Stephanie Scott’s sister shares touching family photos ahead of her funeral

The sister of murdered Leeton school teacher, Stephanie Scott has shared touching childhood memories ahead of her funeral which took place today.

The 26-year-old was farewelled in a private funeral service today at the same venue where she was intended to be married 10 days earlier to her childhood sweetheart, Aaron Leeson-Wooley.

Kim Scott posted a pictured of herself as a child taking a bath with her sisters. Stephanie is seen smiling and giggling in another photo on the shoulders of her dad.

The sister of Stephanie Scott, Kim Scott shared these images of the murdered teacher as a child.

Ms Scott also penned an emotional tribute to her sister to accompany the heartbreaking photos.

“I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve even tried to impersonate your brilliant cackle, but after 95 slides, I still don’t think I’ve done your beautiful life justice,” she wrote.

“You’ll always be our little sister and always be our Button-Nose.

“We love you Stephanie.”

Stephanie was due to marry Aaron Leeson-Wooley just one day after her body was found.

Police allege that less than a week before her wedding, the much-adored teacher was murdered by 24-year-old school cleaner Vincent Stanford during the NSW Easter school holidays.

Out of respect for the young bride-to-be shops and businesses the shocked town of Leeton shut at 1pm.
