A seven-year-old girl has died in the US after being shot at soccer practice.
The Detroit Free Press says Emma Watson Nowling was killed by a man who had recently stayed in her home.

Timothy Obeshaw, 57, was a friend of Emma’s Mum, Sharon Watson, and her partner.
He apparently suffered from mental problems, and recently told people that evil spirits were trying to control his thoughts.
‘Emma and her mother had just gotten in the car to leave when Obeshaw shot them and then himself,’ the report says.
