Scrubs star Donald Faison has written a heartfelt Instagram tribute to his ex-wife and mother of three of his children, Lisa Askey, who passed away due to unknown circumstances.
Faison’s 18-year-old son Dade posted a photograph holding his late mother’s hand, thanking her for being there when he needed her most.
Donald reposted the image expressing his sorrow for his three children, Dade, Kobe and Kaya – explaining that although he and his ex-wife rarely “saw eye to eye,” they “did share … our love for our children.”
“You raised three beautiful children into fine adults and I am forever grateful for that. May god bless your soul with light and love,” he went on.
The Clueless alum divorced Askey in 2005 after four years of marriage, and married CaCee Cobb in 2012.
The couple have one son Rocco, three, and daughter Wilder Frances, who is almost two.
