On August 23, we introduced you to a schoolgirl from Utah in the US, whose favourite pastime is hunting, and killing, animals.
Evidently, she loves it so much that she has even tweeted pictures of herself standing over the dead carcasses of fallen giraffe, zebra and impala that she killed while on a recent trip of South Africa.
Naturally, this โ and her Facebook page, Braids and Bows, which is brimming with images of her โtrophiesโ โ has drawn worldwide attention, with the 12-year-old being labelled an โanimal haterโ and โa murdererโ.
And the most recent person to face off with the 12-year-old is British journalist and Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan.
During the interview, Morgan pressed her for remorse, and even asked how she would feel if he โhunted downโ her cat and posted pictures of himself โcelebrating the slaughterโ of her pet.
Aryanna and her father, Eli, dodged the question.
Following the heated interview, Morgan told the Mirror UK exactly what he thinks.
โSheโs clearly been brainwashed by her father into thinking this is all perfectly normal but British viewers found their interview appalling,โ he said.
โAs for the pet cat question, her shocked face said it all.โ
But not even Morganโs remarks, or the death threats she regularly receives on Facebook, will stop her.
โIt wonโt stop me hunting. I will always hunt. Itโs something that thousands of people do and itโs never going to stop.โ
