Peaches was found dead by ambulance officers at an address near Wrotham, Kent, south-east of London.
According to BBC News, her death is currently being treated as “unexplained and sudden”.
The television presenter, writer and model, leaves behind her husband, Tom Cohen, and their two sons.
“Peaches has died. We are beyond pain,” her father said in a statement. “She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable?”
Peaches posted a picture on Instagram on Sunday. It was of her, as a baby, in her mother, Paula’s arms.
The caption read: “Me and my mum.”
The 25-year-old told Elle last year that she struggled to come to terms with her mother’s death to a heroin overdose in 2000.
