The athlete has admitted to killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day last year, but denies premeditated murder.
Pistorius has repeatedly said he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder in their home.
The Times reported that prosecutor, Gerrie Nel told the court yesterday that Pistorius had adapted his account.
“I asked you first you said you didn’t see [Miss Steenkamp]. You said your hands were on your face. Now you are saying you could see a silhouette. You are adapting,” Mr Nel said.
“Your version is so improbable that nobody will ever think it’s reasonable.”
The trial continues.
