One dead, gunman on the loose in Sydney’s west

A police operation is currently underway inside a building on Stennett Road. It is believed the shooter is still on the loose, Nine News reports.

Seven News reports the first shooting took place shortly before 10.45am.

Nearby local businesses are in lockdown as police surround the building in question.
