Can you solve clothing label murder mystery?

“We hope either a retailer or member of the public may be able to identify where the items have been or still are sold.’’

1.Police have urged the public to assist in helping solve the case of the child suitcase murder.

News Limited reports detectives on Saturday made a plea for retailers and the public to help “trace the origins of the remaining five labels” of clothing found in the suitcase with the child’s remains.

There were 50 items found in the suitcase which carried the remains of the child, suspected to be a young girl who could have been murdered up to eight years ago.

The five brands are H.F, Sally, Haolailh, Miss X Australia, and Gaf. And the suitcase was found in the South Australian bush, in Wynarka.

“We hope either a retailer or member of the public may be able to identify where the items have been or still are sold,’’ said Major Crime officer-in-charge Detective Superintendent Des Bray on Saturday.

“The Dora the Explorer top is pretty individual and someone may remember this and remember seeing a little girl they once knew wearing it.’’

2.Weekend Today show host Deborah Knight has announced “quite unexpectedly, I’m expecting.”

The journalist told viewers on Sunday morning she is 14 weeks pregnant with a baby girl, which is a complete surprise to Knight and her husband Lindsay Dunbar.

The couple have two children already who were conceived through IVF.

“I did not expect a baby in my life at this point,” said Knight on Sunday.

“We were told we wouldn’t be having bubs without IVF… this is a total surprise.”

Congratulations Deb!

3.A woman has run the London Marathon with her period, and no tampon.

Yes, you read that correctly. No tampon.

Kiran Gandhi, 26, let period blood run down her legs and “flow freely” according to The Mirror to encourage women to be proud of their periods and raise awareness for the women who have little or no access to pads and tampons.

“I ran with blood dripping down my legs for sisters who don’t have access to tampons and sisters who, despite cramping and pain, hide it away and pretend like it doesn’t exist,” the Harvard Business School graduate told The Mirror.

“If there’s one way to transcend oppression, it’s to run a marathon in whatever way you want.”

4.Celebrities and housekeepers more commonly end up in extramarital affairs than sexual harassment lawsuits, but this is not the case for Robbie Williams.

The singer and his wife, Ayda Field, have filed a countersuit against their former house manager who has accused them of sexual harassment, reports News Limited.

Gilles De Bonfilhs has filed a lawsuit claiming Field walked around the house naked and bragged about her sex life, making him feel uncomfortable.

Williams and Field’s recently filed countersuit disputes this and claims Bonfilhs often entered their bedroom unannounced.

Stay tuned.
