A broken-hearted Mum who sent photographs and videos of “the other woman” in her relationship to friends and family had her name placed on the sex offenders register in Britain.
The Sun reports that Lorraine Donoghue, 32, has warned women not to seek revenge in cases of infidelity, saying she was very nearly sent to jail.
“I regret what I did. I acted in the heat of the moment out of hurt and anger,” she said.
Lorraine first suspected that her boyfriend Wullie Crawford was cheating when she found a stray pair of underpants under their bed.
The affair was with an 18-year-old girl, and it had started while Lorraine was pregnant with Wullie’s child.
She went snooping on his Facebook page, where she found “graphic pictures and homemade sex videos” of Wullie with his teenage lover.
She sent six of the images to friends, and to the girl’s Mum.
“In the end, he wasn’t worth it. I am a mum and have kids to think about and I shouldn’t have done what I did,” Lorraine said.
She pleaded guilty to contravention of the Telecommunications Act and was placed on the sex offenders’ register, alongside rapists and paedophiles, although it’s since been removed.
