Police in Queensland are appealing to the public to help find an 11-year-old girl, who hasn’t been seen since late Thursday afternoon.

UPDATE: Police confirm Cheyenne has been found. She turned up for school this morning after going missing since yesterday afternoon. It is not clear where she spent the night. We will bring you any relevant details.

Police in Queensland are appealing to the public to help find an 11-year-old girl, who hasn’t been seen since late Thursday afternoon.

The missing girl’s last known location was in Pilbi St in the Logan suburb of Woodridge yesterday at 4.40pm. Channel 9 reports the girl was on her way to a skate park around the corner but never came home.

The girl, whose name is believed to be Cheyenne, is described as Caucasian with a slim 150cm build, red hair and brown eyes.

Police say the missing girl was last seen wearing a Mabel Park Primary School uniform with maroon shorts and a maroon polo shirt with a grey stripe down the left sleeve. She was carrying a pink and green backpack.
