Grave fears for missing mother Samantha Kelly

Police are appealing for assistance to find Victorian mother of four Samantha Kelly, who has been missing for three weeks.

The 39-year-old mother from Bendigo was last seen withdrawing cash from an ATM on High Street in Kangaroo Flat on January 20.

She was reported missing more than two weeks later by her brother.

The ABC reports police are gravely concerned for her safety and believed she “may have met with foul play”.

“It’s out of character for Sam to go missing under these circumstances. She has four young children,” Detective Senior Sergeant Shane O’Connell said.

“The youngest one has turned one recently and she missed that first birthday, which is very unusual.

“She dotes on those children. That’s one of the reasons why we have greater concerns.”

Police said Ms Kelly has not used her phone or bank accounts since she went missing.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers via 1800 333 000 or crimestoppersvic.com.au.
