Normally when your car is involved in a fender bender you’re left a little peeved but not one man who was left laughing when a stranger left a refreshing honest note after a prang.
Thomas Callow, a 20-year-old university student from Massachusetts walked off of campus this week to find someone had scratched up his car – but luckily for him the culprit left a note.
However, when Callow opened the piece of paper left on his windshield he didn’t find any contact information.
“I thought the note was a parking ticket because I get those everyday,” Callow told New York Magazine. “Anyways, I opened the note and started instantly laughing hysterically.”
The note read:
“Yo I hit your car. I’m leaving this note cause someone’s watching … They’re still watching … Okay I’m good. My bad n–ga. Peace.”
And instead of being angry about his car – the damage was minor – Callow did what any person his age would do… he took a photo and tweeted it.
“Not even mad about the scratches lmfao…..Hands down the funniest thing that has ever happened to me only in NewB [New Bedford]” Callow captioned.
Since posting the note it has been retweeted more than 45 thousand times.
