Shocking CCTV footage has been released of a mugging yesterday afternoon that turned violent as a 52-year-old woman was dragged along a street in Carrara, Queensland.
The footage (seen below) shows the woman walk out of a complex, where a hooded figure tried to grab her handbag. The criminal dragged the woman quite a number of metres as she held on to it, determined not to let go.
The person then ran off with the handbag, and another man ran out of the complex to chase the attacker.
