A desperate search is on for former Eels and Roosters player Chad Robinson who is reportedly missing.
The 36-year-old apparently went missing from his Sydney home on Saturday and has not been seen since.
The father-of-three’s family has taken to social media to plead for people to help look for him.
“We are in need of assistance,” Monique Brennan wrote.
“Our brother Chad has gone missing since last night … He has no phone or wallet. If anyone comes across him or the car, could you please contact any of the family or police.
“As you can imagine we are very concerned for his welfare.”
Police have not confirmed if Mr Robinson has officially been listed as missing, reports news.com.au
The former pro footballer had stints with the Eels and the Roosters, appearing both the 2003 and 2004 in Grand Finals. He later ventured to English rugby union side Harlequin FC before retiring from footy in 2009.
Chad was last seen driving a silver Subaru Outback, registration number CME 54F, which reportedly has a damaged passenger side door.
Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the police.
