The night’s losers might head out of the Kodak theatre sans gold statue but the will certainly not feel cheated for tuning up with wine, chocolates, jewellery and even holidays included in the Oscar swag bag.
The March 2 broadcast’s party favours are set to be quite the package with a Swiss made Slow Watch, luxury vacation packages to the Canadian Rockies, Mexico and Japan and also charity donations of 10,000 meals to animal shelters, sponsored by awards host Ellen DeGeneres’s Halo natural pet food.
While it all sounds pretty fantastic, it’s still probably not as good as an Oscar.
