A man in Poland woke up in a morgue after he had a big drinking session and passed out.
The 25-year-old man, identified only as Kamil, was at the pub in his hometown of Kamienna Gora when he reportedly went outside and collapsed after suffering cardiac arrest, reports website Speisa.
Efforts to resuscitate the man at the scene failed and the man was transported to the local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
He was then taken to the local morgue and placed on ice. Later that day a security guard overheard strange noises coming from the refrigerators and when he investigated he found the panicked naked man inside the cold storage.
After a medical checkup, and some new clothes, Kamil was free to go. He reportedly went right back to the pub.
In 2014 a 91-year-old Polish woman spent 11 hours in cold storage in a mortuary after being declared dead. She was discovered alive and returned to her family, reported the BBC.
