A woman has accused US presidential candidate Donald Trump of raping her when she was just 13 years old.

In documents filed with the United States Federal Court, the woman, now in her 30s, claims Trump “initiated sexual contact” with her four times in 1984 during parties held at the home of convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of Trump’s.

Trump has denied the allegations, with his lawyers saying there is no evidence the alleged victim even exists.

“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, more likely, are politically motivated,” Trump’s lawyer Alan Garten told The Daily Mail.

The unnamed woman details the alleged incidents in the documents tendered to the court, including one particularly “savage sexual attack” where she claims Trump tied her to a bed before raping her while she “loudly pleaded” with him to stop.

The alleged victim also claims Trump threatened her and her family if she ever told anyone about the attacks. She also claims Eppstein – who was jailed for soliciting sex with an underage girl – also raped her.

The woman’s statement is supported by a second sworn statement also filed with the court from an anonymous woman who claims she lured the young woman to Epstein’s house with the promise of modelling work.

“I personally witnessed the Plaintiff being forced to perform various sexual acts with Donald J Trump and Mr Epstein,” the statement reads. “Both Mr Trump and Mr Epstein were advised that she was 13-years-old. I personally witnessed four sexual encounters that the Plaintiff was forced to have with Mr Trump during this period, including the fourth of these encounters where Mr Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.”

The court documents ask the court to waive the statute of limitations and try the case because the woman felt unable to report the crime any earlier because she feared for her life.
