Susan was stunned when a friend showed her snaps of her husband, 52, marrying another woman in an expensive ceremony attended by dozens of friends and family members.
Susan and Andrew – who have four children together – had separated in 2010 but were still married, making Andrew’s second union illegal.
Susan called the police and alerted them to the crime immediately.
Andrew pleaded guilty to bigamy at a Pembrokeshire magistrates’ court, but insisted he didn’t know he was breaking the law. He told the court that he thought an online divorce he had purchased in 2012 was official and binding.
He will now have to end his second marriage and remarry Helen – with whom he has a baby son – once his divorce is finalised.
