A woman and her dog have been dramatically saved from drowning after the car they were in was caught up in flood waters in Louisiana at the weekend.
A few men travelling down the flooded road on a boat came to the woman’s aid when the heard cries for help coming from her almost submerged red sports car.
“Oh my God, I’m drowning,” the woman can be heard yelling from inside the car.
“We’re coming, we’re coming,” a rescuer called back.
