Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18 and sisters Brittany, 18, and Tanisha Covington, 24, face charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery and a hate crime.

It’s understood the unnamed special needs man, 18, was an acquaintance of Hill as they’d gone to school together.

His parents dropped him off at McDonald’s so he could spend the night with Hill but when he didn’t come back, his parents reported him missing.

Little did they know he was being restrained and tortured instead of spending time with an alleged friend.

The four young people reportedly tied him up and started torturing him for about six hours.

Half an hour of this torture was live-streamed on Facebook, showing the group beating the young man, cutting off a piece of his scalp, forcing him to drink toilet water. One of the four yells ‘f Donald Trump. F white people’ at the victim.

Police say the young man made so much noise as he was being tortured that the neighbors eventually called police to report the noise. During an altercation with the neighbours, the man was able to escape and was later found by police, traumatised and roaming the streets.

A police spokesman said that none of the four suspects expressed remorse.

“The actions in that video are reprehensible. That along with racism have absolutely no place in the city of Chicago or anywhere else for that matter, against anyone regardless of their race, gender, state of mental health or any other identifying factor,” said Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson.

The four are set to face a judge Friday afternoon.
