Despite being warned against having any more rhinoplasty procedures, ‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves, 33, is about to have his 10th nose job at a hospital in Iran.

Rodrigo Alves rose to prominence after featuring on the show Botched on E! He’s spent approximately $597,000 AUD on plastic surgeries in a bid to look like Ken.

He consulted two doctors in a recent episode of Botched, and it was revealed he can’t breathe through his nose after getting three rhinoplasties in just over a year.

Speaking to the MailOnline, Mr Alves said:

“I don’t want to have to have another nose operation, but I have no choice. I wanted to look better, but now I can’t breathe at all. So it is hard to deal with it. It’s going to be very painful and risky.”

Rodrigo once developed a MRSA infection on his nose caused by a staph bacteria.

While he’s in Iran, he’s also having a new chin implant fitted and porcelain veneers.

It comes just months after his 51st procedure, a co2 resurfacing procedure after a face, neck and eye lift that caused his face to start “peeling off in big lumps”

Mr Alves told the MailOnline at the time: “Three days after I had the c02 resurfacing done, my face started peeling off in big lumps and I couldn’t go out into the sunlight, so that was hard.”

“I had to cancel my attendance at Elton John’s post-Oscars charity after party on Sunday due to the very invasive and aggressive work I had done.”

However, it doesn’t seem like the plastic surgery fanatic is going to stop anytime soon.

He said: “I feel good and I’m turning heads. The scars have reduced by 50% so I will get it done again in six months’ time. I feel happy with how it went.”
