If you thought Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian were giant divas, wait until you see what their husbands demand in their hotel rooms – it’s truly unbelievable!
Kanye West and Jay-Z

As Jay-Z and Kanye West travel the world performing and promoting products, they often find themselves calling a hotel suite home for a while and now TMZ have revealed their riders for what they require inside these rooms.

Beyoncé may have made headlines recently for shaming her assistant on the red carpet, but it seems that her husband is the real diva in that relationship.

According the TMZ, Jay-Z insists on having his room kept strictly at 21 degrees Celsius and the Hotel must provide him with three Mayan tuberose-scented candles which will set you back about $80 each.

And don’t even think about vacuuming anywhere near the Grammy winner’s room, or asking for concert tickets in order to “avoid embarrassment.”

Kanye West, as you’d expect, also has some pretty strange room requests, in particular he wants a Genelecs 1031a speaker – which sounds reasonable, expect it was discontinued a decade ago.

Just SOME of the things on Kanye and Jay-Z’s rider lists.

Kim’s man also needs minty tooth-floss, Kashi Go Lean Cereal and only black towels. He also requires some specific geometric conditions, including only cylindrical vases.

Both rappers have a pretty extensive booze list too, with Kanye requesting 13 bottle of different alcohol totally almost $4000 AUD – including three $1000 bottles of Paradis Hennessy.

While Jay-Z prefers Ace of Spades Champagne in the room which costs about $500 per bottle – but the dad-of-one can’t be charged for it because he owns to company!

But what about North West and Blue Ivy who visits their famous dads on tour?

Well, Kanye doesn’t have any specific demands relating to his daughter but Jay-Z insists that the room be child-proofed by covering all the corners, sharp edges and electrical outlets. Breakable objects must also be removed.

Oh, and naturally three-year-old Blue only drinks organic whole milk – duh!
