Off the back of their other air safety hits, like the Lord of the Rings, Bear Grylls and Betty White themed videos, Air New Zealand have released a new safety instructions video – and it might be their best one yet.

Modelled off ‘90s classic Men In Black and complete with back-up dancers, songs and some pretty impressive special effects, Air New Zealand have outdone themselves again with the ‘Men In Black Safety Defenders’.

With a cast consisting of a talking pug, All Blacks players and musicians the video takes you through the safety instructions, with some hilarious dancing, singing and rapping along the way, of course.

Included in the extensive list of cameos are rugby legends Richie McCaw, Dan Carter and Israel Dagg, Kiwi rapper and X Factor NZ Judge Stan Walker, Wallabies player David Campeses, former England captain Martin Johnson and former Argentinian captain Agustin Pichot.

Just to name a few.

“We had a lot of laughs on set and were blown away by Israel’s hidden singing talent,” Air New Zealand Head of Global Brand Development Jodi Williams said of the video.

And if the All Blacks decide to call it quits as a rugby team, they could form a pretty good boy band!
