Who knew Regina Wyllie would already be a wedding photographer at age 9?
Clearly, her dad must have had a hint early on.
Most little kids spend their time playing with toys and taking naps, but Regina was an exception. From the extremely young age of three, she was already insisting that her father, Kevin Wyllie, a professional photographer, teach her how to work a camera.
Her dad told Huffington Post, “Since then, she started taking cameras from my bags and asking me to show her how to work them. It just grew from there and I always made sure never to push her for it, preferring to let her ask the questions.”
This is just the beginning for Regina, as her services have already been requested by several other couples. And even though she’s only 9, this experience has already made her rethink her future.
She told the Huffington Post; “I have always thought [photography] would be a hobby. I wanted to be a fashion designer but I’m now starting to think that I may become a professional, like my dad.”
How sweet that she hopes to follow in her father’s footsteps.
Whatever she chooses to do, we’re sure she has a long and successful career ahead of her, and can’t wait to see more of her beautiful photos soon.
Here are some of the incredible moments that Regina has captured on camera so far:
