Looking for something exciting to spice up date night? Or maybe you’re looking for something a bit different to try on a night out with friends?
I mean, there’s only so many times you can catch up over a drink after work.
We can guarantee you that this one will win you kudos for outside the box thinking.
After a successful launch in May this year, Sydney will be getting a one of a kind movie going experience.
It’s a cinema experience with a difference, viewing some of your favourite films from the comfort of a hot tub.
We’re not so sure we’d feel good about snacking with the bubbles on (soggy pop corn? No thanks), but considering you get a free drink on arrival you could say it all evens out.
The event has been a big deal in Melbourne and London, leaving Sydney quietly waiting for our turn at the unique aquatic event.
This year the Hot Tub Cinema group managed to locate the only place in Sydney able to host an event of this steamy scale, so you better believe it’s our time to enjoy getting pruney watching movies!
The Newmarket Hotel will be lending its courtyard to the event for the 12 exciting nights. The group will be showing a range of classic flicks over July, everything from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off to Mean Girls features on the eclectic menu.
For the ticket price of $50 per person ($5 Movie ticket and $45 for Hot Tub ticket), or $300 per Hot Tub (up to 6 people) you will get:
FREE drink on arrival
FREE VIP shuttle
FREE parking (if driving)
One unbeatable cinema experience
In-Tub food and drink service
A wonderful movie screening
Onsite lockers and changing rooms
Everyone must bring their own bathing suits, towels and flip-flops and the adventure can begin.
