Watching your friend struggle to meet Mr Right can be hard. Even harder when that friend has some, well, very specific criteria for the qualities the man of her dreams must possess.
That’s why instead of waiting around for this magical man to drop into her friend’s lap, one woman decided to write an advertisement, enticing the perfect guy to come forward.
The extremely detailed list of qualities the “groom wanted” should possess has now gone viral.
The letter, posted in a London shop-front window, reads:
“I am looking for an engineer groom for my friend.
“She is 32 years old, Muslim, 5ft 3in, fair, from Bangladesh but settled in UK.
“She is quite smart and working at the moment. She got divorced last year but no kids.
“Now we are looking for an engineer groom from good family and education background. Age between 32 and 28 years old.
“If you or any of your F and F [friends and family] are interested please email CV with recent pictures.”
