Have you ever wondered if where you live is related at all to how much… ahem, action you’re getting?
Well, according to the latest survey, you could be right.
The study, done by dating site EliteSingles, has surveyed over 25,000 single Australians on where they live and, er, how much they hunger for sex.
The singles were asked to what degree (don’t agree, agree, strongly agree, etc) they related to the question, ‘I have a strong desire for sex’.
And the results may have just revealed which Australian cities have the highest libidos.
As for the results, it seems like there might be something in the water.
The results of the study revealed that the areas with the highest libidos were all near the ocean, with Coogee, NSW coming up number one (big surprise), and NSW’s Manly coming in at number two.
Following Coogee and Manly were South Melbourne, Cronulla, Port Melbourne, Broadbeach, Darlinghurst, St Kilda, Bondi and Brunswick.
Of course, there can’t be winners without losers. The cities with the lowest libidos in the country were pinned down to Shepparton, Caboolture, Sunbury, Glenroy and Albury.
