Let me just start by saying that my partner has a heart of gold; he will make himself late for work just to make sure I get to the office on time.
He’ll cook me dinner, clean up the mess and pack my lunch – no strings/guilt-trip attached. Heck, he even turns the electric blanket on each night so I never have to hop in cold.
And y’know what, I even love the fact that he buys me things like highlighters, jelly wrist rests for my keyboard, Post-it Notes and computer screen wipes (YES, REALLY) for my birthday; this guy knows how much I care about my job and wants me to feel fully equipped for the day(s) ahead.

But I’m not gonna lie: when I read that one man had created a private Pinterest account to see what his wife liked to Pin just so he could buy her all the things she ever wanted, the appeal of said-computer screen wipes started to dry up faster than you can say anti-bacterial towelettes.
Honestly, this man’s love for his wife will MELT you.
According to Buzzfeed News, Jordan admits that he’d been chasing TyAnna for three years before agreed to go out on a date with him on Valentine’s Day.
Apparently, Jordan was “racking” his brain over what gift to buy TyAnna for V-Day, when a mutual friend suggested taking a squiz at her Pinterest page.
FYI Pinterest is something Jordan had never heard of before this chat.
Ahead of their first date, the now-29year-old jumped online, created an account for himself and started following his wife’s account – something she has been completely unaware up until this week – as well as boards and accounts that have things his wife likes.
“She’s picky and she likes things that tend to be small or handmade … so I like to get things right the first time,” he says.
^^ Genuine crying. And unashamedly so.
“The Pinterest thing has definitely been working for him,” TyAnna says. “He buys me amazing gifts.”
Gifts like lip glosses and jewellery, including a sapphire nose ring.
Naturally, the internet agrees that Jordan is as awesome as we are painting him to be.
